Sequencing, at scale
I've spent my career at Ultima Genomics, growing from research associate to running sequencing operations. My papers come from collaborations: partner labs bring the biology, and I'm part of the Ultima team that does the sequencing.
Everything here is from published papers and public sources. Views are my own, not my employer's.

Publications
Evaluation of the Ultima Genomics UG 100 sequencer for low-cost, high-sensitivity metagenomic pathogen detection from cerebrospinal fluid
Microbiology Spectrum, 14(4), e01874-25 (2026)
